What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Excessive Sweating And Body Ache?

I am a 62 y.o. female having symptoms of fatigue, excessive sweating, fatigue,body aches, weight gain. I am on 2 anti depressants that I have taken for many, many years as I have a major depressive disorder. Cymbalta 60mg and Paxil 30mg also simvastatin 20mg daily and Fosamax 1 per week. Your thoughts please and thank you.

I understand the various health problems you must be facing.
Considering your clincal scenario,medications and post menopausal age,I recommend-
-Continue taking your routine medications as prescribed,weight gain can be because of tablet Paxil,but that is not indication for stopping the drug.
-Advice blood investigations like thyroid test,blood glucose,blood lipids.The symptoms you mentioned can be because of thyroid disorder,diabetes mellitus etc
-Menopausal symptoms itself may cause such clinical picture.Adopting just a healthy lifestyle will help.Balanced diet including lots of vegetables,fruits,dairy products;regular brisk walking of 30 minutes minimum,wear loose clothing,engaging yourself in some hobby or medication and yoga ;taking vitamin and calcium supplements ,all these measures will help a lot.
