My daughter has had extreme fatigue for years along with tremors and night sweats. All blood work seems fine. She is 21 and in college. Can t wake up, then is so tired she takes a nap. She is so frustrated because she feels she is missing out on life. She is on anti depressants and anti anxiety medications, but nothing changes with does changes or new meds. Please advise, we have tried soooo many things. Thank you, Concerned Mother
