Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain Accutane contains Retinoid Isotretinoin and flaring up of acne or pimples is a seen side effect of Isotretinoin and even you seems to have flaring up of acne as a side effect of Isotretinoin..
I would suggest you to stop the use of Accutane and start washing your face with
Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You should apply gels containing Clindamycin and Niacinamide [Nilac gel and other brand names] and
benzoyl peroxide..
Do cool compresses over the face..
You can also apply Azelic acid containing ointments..
Exfoliate your skin once a week using a gentle scrub..
Avoid oily food and limit sun exposure..
You can drink plenty of water and take multivitamin supplements..
In case of no resolution in a month consult a trained
dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you
oral antibiotics like Minocycline, doxycycline, clindamycin etc..
You can also go for
microdermabrasion, dermal rollers and chemical peeling..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
