What Causes Severe Dizzy Spells, Excessive Sweating And Nausea?

I have been having over the last couple months sever dizzy spells which my head just feels like its floating and while this happens I have heavy sweating, sometime I feel like I could vomit, it lasts around 1 hour plus, luckily when this has happened I have been able to lie down on a bed. what do you think.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizzy spells, excessive sweating and nausea . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like heat exhaustion , panic attack , low blood sugar or iron , food poisoning and transient ischemic attack . Sometimes it can also occur due to condition of ear like meniere's disease or acoustic neuroma . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor my check vital , order blood test , take history and order ECG . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist or cardiologist if he/she find problem to be related with ear or heart disease . For now take proper rest , drink plenty of water , avoid food like sea food and nuts , do not bend forward and take benadryl twice a day .
