What Causes Severe Dizziness?

Good Afternoon, For quite a few years I ve been researching why I get so dizzy when I lift free weights? I work out in the morning and whether I eat a little something prior or not, I am still very dizzy. My blood pressure is naturally / normally low. Thanks, Lori Ann

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
.When you lift weight your muscles need more oxygen for energy production.More blood is diverted to muscles.... & oxygenated blood suply to brain is hampered.... this causes dizziness..Your low BP adds to the symptoms...Associated ear /eye problems/anemia or weakness may exggarate it./cervical spondylitis can cause nerve pinching with the specific movement &cause dizziness .
An extensive physical check up to pin point the cause... followed by Needful treatment with expert advise
Thanks.
