Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder or chronic degeneration of the cervical vertebral column. If your symptoms are triggered by standing up position from sitting or laying, it would be indicative of orthostatic hypotension. In such case a Head Up Tilt test would be necessary.
A brain CT scan is recommended just to reassure you that nothing bad is going on.
Consulting with an ENT specialist and performing labyrinthine tests is necessary to investigate for an inner ear disorder.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests!

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
