What Causes Severe Diarrhea After Taking Lanzol And Ondem For Vomiting?
Thank you Sir,My Two yr old baby (12.7 kgs) was suffering from severe vomiting and was prescribed Lanzol Jr 1/2 tab twice for 5 days, Ondem 5ml for 2 days and renifol 7.5 ml for 5 days. Her vomiting has subsided on the 3rd day of medicines but she has started really dirty smelly motions which are watery yellow. I have several questions as below: 1. When can I start her on Normal food? 2. I have started giving her Milk and oats Porridge? Is it fine or is this causing the loose motions. 3. She has become very thin and weak. Should I start her on some Iron Tonic etc after the infection treatment is complete.I know Im the very worried kind but Im a working mother with another 4 year and 11 year old boys and cannot stay back every now and then.Regards DBG

I really appreciate your concern for child, the condition could be self limiting, the vomiting has been stopped then no need to give any medicine, neither this could need any tonic, just take care for hydration and diet, hope this information helps, take care.
