What Causes Severe Cramps In Lower Abdomen During Periods?
Hello, i am 29 years old and i have a problem during my menses. i had very bad experience with it.. as i suffer from sever cramps in my lower abdomen...i expect advice from gynaecology. Also i went through 3 cesarean cases. i have 3 kids now and i never been such camps before...its been 4 or may be 5 months I m suffering from cramps during my messes.

It seems that you might be having dysmenhorrea giving rise this problem.
For this you might require few hormonal cyclical medicine courses like oral contraceptive.
After 4-5 courses you will be alright.
Consult your Gynaec and discuss about this.
Mean while take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas or Cyclopam as and when required.
