If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a complete blood count, a serum HCG, and an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any pelvic pathology. Apart from all the investigations, you ofcourse need to be examined by a gynaecologist clinically to arrive at a diagnosis after any further related investigations as advised by her. Till then you could go for an anti inflammatory drug along with a proton pump inhibitor for a symptomatic relief.
