What Causes Severe Cough And Chest Pain?

Hello. I have had a severe cough and chest pain. The doctor gave me antibiotics and said it was bronchitis. I can t take a deep breath because i start coughing. someone told me that iron deficiency could cause that. Should I take iron pills with the antibiotics without testing

First check your blood hemoglobin level than if needed than iron tablets can taken.

Complete antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion .

After taking antibiotics course than still symptoms are present than consent a pulmonologist for further diagnosis.
Sputum culture test helpful for further progression.

Chest X ray can done for further diagnosis.
