What Causes Severe Cough Along With Runny Nose In A Child?
HI my son is 4yrs old and weighs 38lbs has been coughing the past two nights and nose running and I was wondering if I could give him some children s multi symptom cold/fever liquid (its compared to mucinex) along with some cough syrup the doc prescribed a while back called bromphenir-pseudoephed-dm syr??

observe few days, generally common cold become ok within 7 days,
If your child suffer with any danger sign like , high fever, vomiting, relactent to feed , consult with paediatrician for further management.
