What Causes Severe Constipation Along With Stringy Mucus In Bowels?

I ve had diarrhea problems my hole life. I m more constipated more than diarrhea but when I have diarrhea its the most painful thing I ve ever experienced.. Feels like I m poking knifes. I always have stomach pains and have to where lose clothes. Its all food that hurt me and I m always sick to my stomach when I eat. I rarely have a apetite because I m always sick or scared to eat. My diarrhea is mainly orange or really stringy musuc.. What could this be

You need to go for barium meal follow through and CECT abdomen study along with stool examination.You may be suffering from IBS or collitis or simple amoebic infection.Simply bulk laxatives like Isabgol at bedtime with Luke warm water and bland fat free diet might help
