What Causes Severe Constipation Along With Flatulence?

I ve not had a bm in about a week, bowel sounds are abnormal very loud at times. I threw up a brown thin liquid this morning. This isn t the first time I ve had these issues however I can t ever get a Dr to help or even believe that I could have a blockage or something in that nature. I m 23 female, every Dr tells me their not worried about if being anything serious because I m so young. At one point it was over 1 month without having a bm and still no one would help. I feel miserable at least every other day, no energy trouble sleeping please can anyone help

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to intestinal infection and this really need to be managed, and best option is "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day" for 7 days, if the symptoms still persist then you have to see the gastroenterologist, but it should never be neglected, hope this information helps, take care.
