What Causes Severe Burping?
my brother in law is burpin a lot and it is getting worse by the day the pain is so strong that it feels like a hart attack

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to get done the complete cardiac evaluation tests if it is not being done, because single test or couple of test may not rule out the cardiac disease, beside this the most common cause of the symptoms is hyperacidity and it can be best given try with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it has to be taken for three weeks hope this information helps.
