What Causes Severe Body Pain, Joint Pain And Pressure In The Head?

I have symptoms of a weird pressure in my head to were I feel like I am going to pass out ! My hands and feet are always cold and I ache all over especially in my joints!!!! I have lost over 69 lbs since September and am not trying I have a very good appetite. If I am moving a lot with any activity I get dizzy and faint like, never doing so . My ankles will swell for no reason almost to the size of baseballs . I have been feeling like this for close to a year now and along with slight chest pains now. No doctor can find anything .

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe body pain, joint pain and pressure in the head . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , multiple sclerosis , sinusitis , diabetes , hay fever , sleep apnea or mononucleosis. I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , blood test or CT scan for sinusitis . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with analgesic or may refer you to ENT specialist for sinusitis or endocrinologist for diabetes . Doctor may also order sleep study and may recommend CPAP machine after sleep study . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and do light exercises like brisk walk .
