General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Severe bleeding during menstruation could be due to fibroid, endometrial dysplasia, endometrial polyp, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, adenomyosis.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, endometrial biopsy.
Specific treatment will help in the diagnosi.
Birth control pill and cyclic progesterone therapy will help in the management.
Along with tranaxa will help in reduce the bleeding and does not cause any serious side effect.
Hope this may help you
