I cannot sit or lie down without great pain in my lower back more to the right. Also when I sit it feels like I am sitting on prickles down the back of my thighs. MRI shows small annular circumferential tear, of intermediate T2 signal on the right at 4/5. At L4/5 there may be a very small cyst developing to the right and there is mild impingement on right L5 nerve as it is exiting the thecal sac
