My husband and I were dancing and he fell and I fell on top of him, my back fell on his knee,it was like someone hit me with a bat on the left side. should I get an xray? hurts when I cough, a little hard to breath. My back is very very very sore.. to the touch..

Yes, You may have broken a rib. See your doctor for an exam. If they think it is a rib fracture you may not need an xray because there is nothing but time to heal a rib fracture. However, you need to see a doctor to make sure it is nothing more serious
