What Causes Severe Back And Hip Pain?

I m having pain in my right hip, it s tender to touch and very warm to he touch, I ve been diagnosed with arthritis and bone spurs in the past I m 24 years old when I was 21 I fell down a flight of 14 stairs and broke my tailbone from one side to he other, they did mri s where they found bone spurs and arthritis he said if it didn t get better since it was in both hips we would do a full hip replacement but I was 21 so I said no but over time it s gotten worse in my back and hips and now I m having this painful issue on my right hip

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of pain and tenderness around your right hip as well as the back following a fall from a tall height with a diagnosed arthritis I am suggesting that you have other possible differential diagnosis

Lumber spondylitis
Spondylolisthesis
Hip fracture
Myositis

In view of this please do the following test
Lumber x-ray
MRI
Rheumatoid factor
ESR

Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic specialist with the result and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
