Hi,
Your pain is most probably due to a pinched nerve. But the cause of the nerve compression needs to be evaluated by doing a MRI scan of your lower back. If it is extremely painful to even move you need to discuss it with your spine specialist as it could be a vertebral compression fracture. This can be easily treated when under the care of good surgeon. So I urge you to see a spine surgeon and get it looked after.
