What Causes Severe And Recurring Migraine Headaches?

Hi! I am Adnan from Pakistan. I suffer almost two headaches in a week. A year or two back, the frequency was like two in a month. I was diagnosed with migraine by Neurologist and advised to take topiramate as preventive medicine. I took topiramate 50mg for about six months but the frequency never improved and now I have an increased frequency. The headaches earlier were on the right side of the head and intensity suddenly increases when I bend. Now, I have one sided headaches on both right and left sides, sometimes on the rear half of the head, rear left side and whole head. Please advise what I need to do. Regards, Adnan.
