What Causes Severe And Constant Pain In Knee?
Hi. So two days ago, I started having a little knee pain. As the day went on, it started to feel like an air bubble that would move a little everytime I walked around at work. I thought it may need to pop and so I squatted down to try to pop my knee. When I did this, I felt the little bubble compress a little and then move to right behind my knee cap (or so it felt) and this caused and increase in pain. The pain has been consistent the last two days at work and it hurts if I bend down and bend my knee a lot. What can I do?

I really appreciate your concern, such knee pain could be due to arthritic changes, some time this could be age related for exact changes knee joint need to be investigated, till then this can be treated with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, avoid bending knee joint, hope this information helps, take care.
