What Causes Severe Intestinal Gas, Constipation, Stomach Pain?

I have too much gas in my stomach and the top of my stomach really hurts and i cant poop right but I can throw up hoping it will help the pain in my stomach but the pain doesn t fully go away and my puke is surrounded with mucus and I eat and drink regularly what should I do

Complete blood cell count and stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
If this type of symptoms is more than one month than think about irritable bowel syndrom.
