What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Post Hysterectomy Surgery?

I have been having pain in my abdominal area that comes on very severe and intermittantly. Usually it is when I bend over but today was my worse pain ever and iit almost made me pass out. I could not straighten up and lost my breath. I went from being cold to having sweat beads pop out on my forehead. When it was over I was weak and out of breath and had to sit down. I have had several abdominal surgeries and have a lot of scar tissue. Could that be what it is? I have had a hysterectomy (complete) 35 years ago.

hi healthcare magic user, This type of pain in abdomen could be due to dense adhesion in bowl and abdominal wall.
Constipation, jerky movement, lifting weights can aggrevate pain.
Please get pelvic and abdominal ultrasound done to see adhesion, appendicitis or other cause like colitis, other pelvic mass.
Treatment will depend upon diagnosis. for time being for pain relief you can have painkillers. like Buscopan, Cyclops, paracetamol, diclophenac.
