General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having acute gastro-intestinal infection as you are having abdominal pain, nausea and high WBC count.
You might require a course of medicine like ofloxacilin, metronidazole for 5 days.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas or cyclopam for pain.
Take light diet for 2-3 days.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
