What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Indigestion And Blood In Stool?

So I started having stomach pains yesterday when I was at work but didn t think much of it but today my stomach has been upset and felt as if I am gassy and/or drank too much liquid and it is sloshing around. When I have used the rest room today I have had extremely bloody stool so much so that there were trails of blood down the toilet bowl with very little stool. They were not large or painful at all making me wonder if something is wrong? Should I go to the emergency room, wait to see a family practice doctor, or is it normal?
