What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain In A Child?
my daughter went to the ER 1 day ago with suspected appendicitus and they did tests and exams and everything came back negative. however, she still has symptoms of what points to appendicitus ancd has had no relief, and we got no real answers from childrens hospital, they sent us home. should we go back or wait it out? my daughter is 14.

Regarding your child symptoms pointing towards appendicitis I am suggesting you you do a pelvic scan to rule out this condition though there are possibility differential diagnosis apart from appendicitis which are as follows
Ovarian cyst
Acute salpingitis
Acute diverticulitis
Meanwhile please do the scan and see a paediatric surgeon with the result
Moreover give her some antibiotics and analgesic
