What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps,vomiting And Frequent Urination After Running?

I just went for a run and had such severe abdominal cramps I vomited and also felt like I wasnt going to be able to hold my bowels. I was also very weak, doubled over and was unsure if I could make it home. I have had a dull pain around my left ovary for about a week and bladder fullness, it feels like I have to urinate every 30-45min which is unusual for me. I am about to get start my period in about 3 or 4 days. Could this be a cyst?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be due to apprehensiveness and not because of the cyst or this is not the cyst, be positive and practical try to low down the stress, everything would be fine soon take care.
