What Causes Sentinel Piles Post Surgery For Hemorrhoids?

I have four sentinel piles that appeared after fissure and hemorrhoids surgery. Why do these piles appeared after the surgery? The fissure is stil not healed after six weeks of surgery. One of my piles is like half my thump and the other three are small. How long it takes to heal after the surgery? Thanks, Ali,

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Re-Occurrence of haemorrhoids is not very common.
1. Actual recurrence is rare. It happens only in 5% of cases and these can be treated with banding/injections rather than further surgery.
2. what actual happens is you get new haemorrhoids at new places. precautions should be taken for sticking to a high fibre diet and not straining.

Don't worry he would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
