Dear sir

It is caused due to distal sensory neuropathy which is caused by uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.

secondly when alpha nerve fibres get involved you will get increased sensitivity to the nerve fibers

Secondly hot flushes is due to decreased vitamin d3 and calcium, it is common in menopausal age group women.

Thanks
