i have an habit of masturbration from my early age of 14. now i am 21 years old.. once i have masturbrated 3 times a day.. my mom passed away when i was 4 years old.. so i spent my teenage alone at home.. so i had a free access to view porn move and masturbrated at my home.. now i maturbrate once in a week but suffer a pain in my left top of scotrum house.. i dad have lot of dream on me.. he is living for me.. if i become impotent he may commit suicide dont know what to do.. i am afraid to consult a sexologist. now a days it take very late to ejaculate and i find some sperm below scortrum house how it is leaking there. what i have to do for a normal life. can i get married on 25 years of age is it possible by me make women satisfy can able give birth, please tell be details what i want to do.

Thanks for your query, read and understood that your started masturbation at the age of 14 and now you are 21 years old having some problems related to pain in the left top of scrotum, taking late to ejaculate, and find some sperm.semen below scrotum house.
Th possible reasons are:
You may be suffering from Epididymitis with possible small fistula between the skin and the epididymis.
I would advise:
Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, examination and further step of investigations like color doppler, ultrasonography?MRI and so on.
You may need FNAC and the proper treatment for it so that you can get cure and have normal sexual life with your would be wife.
Yes there will be mo problem with sexual function.
Get semen analysis and relevant blood and urine test.
