What Causes Scrotum Discomfort And Sores?
I am a 42 year old male and had protected vaginal sex (using condom) ten days ago. Two days ago I noticed discomfort on my scrotum during jogging, and later I found a small open sore (about 3mm in diameter). It burns a little, but I don't have any other symptoms.

The lesion that you have noticed may not be due to the intercourse but this could be infective boil and this could be managed with Povidone ointment, apply this three times in day, and this would come around no need to worry about this, take care.
