What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding After A Salpingectomy?

Had a salpingectomy 7/27/17. Mestrual started 8/9-8/13/17. Been constipated. 8/31/17 felt like I had to use the bathroom (bowel movement) & I could not go but blood is flowing out of vagina only when I strain, then it stops. Thought my menstrual came back but it s only been 18 days. Put in a tampon 8/31/17 & only a few spots like end of menstrual. 9/1/17 straining again and blood starts flowing from vagina but again stops when I stop straining. What can this be? Is this my cycle? & why is it not coming out normally only when I strain to use the bathroom?

go for patancy test. ovulation test can be done. drink more water and fiber rich food take cremafin at bed time. can take husk of esophagus dissolve in water at bed time.avoid straining it may be hormonal imbalance.
