What Causes Scaly White Patches On The Body?
Scaly white patches that reform within 3 days or less of removal. raised and looks like piles of skin cells. if scratched it bleeds profusely. Started around 4 years ago and sores never healed and cover legs back belly arms scalp ears and a few on the face. one Dr said eczema, second dr said maybe psoriasis. spots have a burning itch

The symptoms you are experiencing is most likely Psoriasis.
Psoriasis can be confirmed by biopsy of skin lesions.
You can use topical mometasone furoate (Elocon) ointment to relieve the burning and itching.
Oral treatment with corticosteroids like prednisone until the lesions have subsided. Following the acute phase, methotrexate is used to prevent remission.
