What Causes Sand In Urine And Urethra?
HI, I have been seeing sand in my urine for the past two years and I think it has progressively gotten worse. A few days ago, I had an excessive amount of sand up to the point that I could still feel and see the sand chrystals in my urethra. I know that it is connected to my Kidney but not sure how serious this is.

As your problem seems to kidney stones.
Sometimes due to poor hydration small size kidney may grind up and excrete as sand like particle it is not a sand.. it is a crystals of kidney stones. it may becalcium oxalate,phosphate crystals.
kindly do urine routine to rule out the crystals. send the sand like particle for analysis to rule out.
