What Causes Running Nose, Headache, Nausea, Tiredness And Sweating?

Hi, I started off with what I believed to be an ear infection on friday. This developed into a cold and I spent most of saturday, sunday and monday in bed, I went back to work last night and by the time I finished, I was feeling nauseous, had massive trapped wind, headache, nose would not stop running. My nose problem contined through the night which meant I did not sleep. Went to work again today and was lethargic, sick, dizzy and sweating madly at doing the slightest task. I was sent home by my boss.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You can have following differential diagnosis for your condition....
1.sinusitis with Rhinitis
2.otitis

You can Consult nearby otorhinolaryngologist for Otoscopy ear examination and to look for any discharge or inflammatory swelling of ear drum of present

You can take antihistaminic drug for five days

If needed antibiotic course can be prescribed

Investigate with CBC and PNS x ray if needed

For relief from Rhinitis take oxymetazoline nasal spry

Inform your CBC report if eosinophila or neutrophilia found

Steam inhalation done three times a

Salt water gargle done three times a day

Take care
