What Causes Roughness Inside The Mouth?

i have a rough covering on the inside of my mouth, dont really know how to explain, the inside of mylips and along the gum lines doesnt look red but i can feel the roughness with my tongue and also on the insides of my cheeks, its really irritating, should i see a dr.

The most common conditions are, fordyce spots(normal variant), frictional keratosis, lichen planus(plaque type), leukoplakia etc. So consult a oral physician and get it evaluated once.
