What Causes Rosacea?

Having trouble with my face breaking out all the time, I m 60 years old one doctor says acne other doctor says could be Rosacea. I ve tried every product out there,now I m getting little bumps under my eyes. Try Rosacea cream it made my skin oily and broke out more. Can you help?

Hello, acne at age 60y is extremely uncommon, unless u have applied some cosmetic or is hormonal.
Rosacea is a far better possibility, the causes of which are multifactorial like sun damage, demodex mite etc
So, photoprotection with a broad spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15, with aquagel base is must
Also, depending on the type of rosacea, treatment options vary, from what u have described, u appear to have papulopustular type, do consult ur dermatologist for the confirmation and treatment.
Going out for any rosacea cream is not going to help.
