Hello
As you mentioned that your B P was 150/100 mm of Hg. You were also having dizziness at that time . However you didn't mention the situation about dizziness at present , whether now having or not having.
Your B P is high at present so get in blood examination for lipid profile and E C G .
If any abnormality found then proceed accordingly . If didn't found any thing abnormal then wait and watch .
Your B P was high ( 150/100 ) but otherwise your B P is near normal 150/80 , so at present in this situation there is no need of any drugs for hypertension.
Avoid fatty , greasy , foods, pizza, burger. I recommend you a 40 minutes morning or evening walking daily 5-6 days in week.
Tension free life is also good .
Hope this information will help you.
