What Causes Ringing In My Ears?

ive just had a mri scan because i have ringing in my ears.the results came back saying that my ears are fine but i have defylimination on my brain .The doctor said ive got nothing to worry about but i will need a mri scan again in 12 months.should i be concerned?

Ringing of sound in ear is called as tinnitus. It is due to inner ear or cerebellopontine angle lesions or rarely noise induced. So Mri is must. As you have taken mri and result is normal, nothing much to worry.
Avoid high noise pollution. Take multivitamins. It's enough now.
you will be free of symptoms soon.
