What Causes Ringing In Ears, Numbness In Feet And Tingling In Hands?

My wife was seen by our primary care doctor for a sines infection. The doctor has given her two shots and some antibotics. See took all the antibotics and now she is haveing ringing in her ears and numbness in her feet and tingle in her hands. Now what should we do

Read and understood that your wife was suffering from sinusitis and was given antibiotics and other medications .
Now she is suffering from ringing in the ears, numbness in her feet and tingling in her hands.

I would suggest you the following:
Re-visit the Primary care Doctor for clinical evaluation and physical examination and investigations of the blood: CBC, electrolytes, thyroid function tests.

Further treatment will depend upon the the investigations and be treated on clinical background.
