What Causes Ringing In Ear?

I was slapped on the ear 3 days ago. I have had a fairly constant ringing in my ear since then. It's hard I tell how loud I am talking because it sounds like I am muffled. My ear feels as if I need to pop it. I haven't noticed any hearing loss. It's not painful. I am worried if I need to see a doctor or just wait for my ear to heal.

depends on how hard the slap was if you were slapped hard that might jave caused ruptured ear drum amd it is very common and nothing serious wait today if ringing stil doesnt stop visit a docyor and get your ear check for any rupture
