Hello,
Intake of cocaine during the first trimester or the early months of pregnancy can lead to miscarriage. Prolonged use can lead to birth defects. Use in the later stages of pregnancy can lead to placental abruption, preterm birth and fetal death. In the current scenario, you need to get an anomalies scan and have follow up for fetal well being. Follow up scans should be done and if they do not show good improvement in the fetal growth, you should take the opinion of an expert in high risk pregnancy for further management. Hope this helps.
