What Causes Restricted Movement In Lower Limbs?

My son has alot of knots in his deep tissue and is unlimber and has very restricted range of motion in his lower limbs. He also has some dystrophy in his calf muscles and now is losing the ability to run and can not put his heel on the ground. What can this be?

I really appreciate your concern for your son, this could be due to some infection this may be diffuse lymph nodes, such clinical condition needs clinical examination, and this is very important to find out the cause of this, till then this can be treated with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" routine blood test may be needed, hope this information helps, take care.
