What Causes Restricted Movement For Right Thumb?
My right thumb s range of motion is limited. It cannot cover my other fingers in a complete fist like my left thumb can. It does not move up and down, or bend at the joints as easily as my other thumb. It has been this way for years. I am only 35. Can anything be done about this now?

I have studied your case. First you need to see a hand specialist. He will get and X ray and see if there is any joint abnormality in the bone. If yes than treatment can be done accordingly.
If bone is normal than you will need soft tissue procedure. It can be lengthening of the tendon.
Stretching exercises is also helpful if there is only limited problem.
