What Causes Repeated Abortion?
Sir,
My marriage was held in the year-2006, in the year-2007 a miscarriage was happed while crossing 3rd month, in the year-2008 after under gone Laproscopy surgery in Krishna IVF, Visakhapatnam, my wife became pregnant and while entering in 7th month again miscarriage due to inevitable abortion, as per the doctor opinion. Later, in Dec-2008, she underwent IUI, but it was failure, my sperm count is 50-55 as on 2007 report. after that she lost her weight up to 12 Kgs, now 51 Kgs only. rest of the result is ok, no other problems, and observing regular periodical intervals even now. Know my age is 44 and my wife age is 40 right now. Please advise how to do to get pregnant, is there any chance to get positive result in my life. What to do right now at this age and stage. Kindly do needful help in my case, for which, I shall ever remain grateful to you Sir, Thanking you sir. 1. Getting pregnant: Main issue is your wife's age which is 40 years. In Indian scenario, female fertility drastically reduces after 35 and also chances of genetic problem of baby increases. But it is definitely your personal choice and decission whether to try with self gametes or go for donor.
2. Second issue is after getting pregnancy, to continue it without any complication. As you had a preterm delivery, so better to put cervical stich in your case and strict infection prophylaxis because most commonly the reason for preterm delivery is some sort of infection.
