What Causes Reoccurring Rashes On Ankles?
My husband has a recurring rash that first appears on his ankles, red and itchy, and then on his scrotum. While in Greece last year he was given cream to calm the itch and medication to kill the actual cause of it. The medication worked in about 30 days. That was about a year ago and now its back. He thinks the doctor said it was some kind of fungus. \What could it be and what is the cause?

From history it seems that you got fungal infection again.
As you got relief from the problem, go for same course of anti-fungal medicine.
Apply anti-fungal cream or lotion locally.
