Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Redness of penis following sex could be due to infection or irritant cause. Yeast infection is common to cause redness. Application of soap, dettol or any other ointment can cause this redness. Rarely condom can cause allergic rashes. A careful examination will reveal the cause. Calamine lotion was of no use. Any toilet soap with a TFM value more than 75 is equally good as Dove soap. Syndet bar is more good.
