What Causes Redness On The Penile Foreskin?

One side of the foreskin of my penis (when viewed retracted) is and has been red for some time. There is no discomfort but it does not have the health normal look of the rest of the skin; rather it is very red. I am 75 and do not engage in sexually intense activities.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Redness of foreskin might be due to posthitis. It may be due to various reasons including infection, irritation or some other pre-malignant causes. If there is no infection, frequent washing with plain water will help you in this regard. Avoid soaps and antiseptics as far as possible. Sometimes circumcision may help. Consult a specialist (dermato-venereologist) get well soon.
