What Causes Redness On Penis Opening And Itchy Body After Having Intercourse?

I m an 18 year old boy I have recently had sex 6 months ago I ve been worried this whole time I caught something it was only like 3 minutes then I stopped and didn t want to go further I went to Doctor got tested for claymidia came back negative then recently this month I got redness on the tip of my penis and my whole body was itching like crazy still is for about 2-3 weeks doctor said I had type of fungal infection on penis and gave me meds for itching all over I always did have a score throat durning this and one night had a serve headache and like the chills could this be a sign of hiv ?!

Understand your concern.
Following are the causes of your problem:

Following are the cause of your problem
1. Hygiene problem: If you not wash penis area, segma that is deposited under fore skin irritate penile area and produce reaction.
2. Balanitis: inflammation of the penis,
caused by poor hygiene, especially insufficient washing under the foreskin area.
Thrush, psoriasis, skin sensitivity or allergy to a product used on the penis (such as soap or lubrication)
3. overuse - as in too frequent, too long or too rough sexual activity
4. Fungal infection: in warm enviorment.
5. STDs:
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV
t is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
After infection symptoms occur with in 2-14 days.

For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
Gram stain and culture of discharge
PCR and nucleic acid amplification test
ELISA: for HIV, Gonorrhea
VDRL tset

Following are the advice
1. Drugs: Cetriaxone 500 mg Intra mascular stat and Azithromycin 1 gram stat, because to treat gonorrhea and chlamydia.
It also overcome ceftriaxone resistance
2.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
3.Alternatively, buy ‘aqueous cream’ from a pharmacy and use it as body-wash cream (i.e. apply a small amount and rinse off).
4. Put two handfuls of salt in the bath, but no other additives
5. Do not use ‘biological’ or ‘enzyme’ powders when washing your underpants
6. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
7. Use formulated penis vitamin formula- Man 1 Man Oil-contain:
with vitamins, minerals and shea butter- it moisturizes the skin and prevents flaking or cracked skin while revitalizing and enhancing the sensitivity of the penis
8. Apply anti fungal clotrimazole cream if severe or not resolved.
9. Use safer sex practice
10. Use condoms and lubricants while sex
